User Eligibility

Account Registration

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Any unauthorized use of your account should be reported immediately.

Services

ViteVikle provides ride booking, parcel delivery, intercity transportation, and related services through its mobile applications and website. Availability of services may vary depending on location, driver availability, and operational conditions.

Booking and Cancellation

Users are responsible for providing accurate pickup and destination information. Cancellation charges may apply according to platform policies. Repeated fraudulent bookings or cancellations may result in account suspension.

Driver Responsibilities

Drivers must maintain valid licenses, vehicle registrations, insurance documents, and other legally required certifications. Drivers are responsible for complying with applicable traffic laws and safety regulations.

Payments

Payments may be made through cash, wallet balance, UPI, online payment methods, or other approved payment options. Users agree to pay all applicable charges, fees, taxes, and surcharges associated with their bookings.

Wallet Usage

Wallet balances are non-transferable and may only be used within the platform. ViteVikle reserves the right to modify wallet policies at any time.

Prohibited Activities

Users and drivers shall not:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

• Provide false information.

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or drivers.

• Attempt to manipulate fares, payments, ratings, or platform operations.

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.

Ratings and Reviews

Users and drivers may provide ratings and reviews based on their experience. ViteVikle reserves the right to remove inappropriate, misleading, or offensive content.

Account Suspension and Termination

ViteVikle reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

Limitation of Liability

ViteVikle acts as a technology platform connecting users and drivers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViteVikle shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions.

Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
