• User: A customer who books rides or deliveries using the ViteVikle app.
• Driver (Pilot Partner): A registered driver providing transport or delivery services through ViteVikle.
• Platform: The ViteVikle mobile application and website.
• Services: Ride-booking, courier, and delivery services offered via the platform.

• Users must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact details.
• Drivers must hold valid licenses and vehicle documents.
• Both users and drivers must comply with local traffic and safety laws.
• The platform must not be used for illegal or unauthorized activities.

• Rides can be booked through the ViteVikle User App based on location availability.
• Users may cancel rides before driver confirmation; cancellation fees may apply afterward.
• Drivers reserve the right to accept or decline requests based on availability.
• ViteVikle may charge service fees as shown during the booking process.

• Fares are automatically calculated based on distance, time, and demand.
• Payments may be made in cash or via secure online gateways.
• Drivers receive their share instantly or on the next business day for online transactions.
• Applicable taxes or government fees will be included in the fare details.

• Maintain a valid driving licence, insurance, and a roadworthy vehicle.
• Behave respectfully toward passengers and follow all safety norms.
• Avoid any form of harassment or misconduct.
• Keep GPS active for accurate live location tracking.
• Report accidents or incidents promptly through official support channels.

• Provide accurate pickup and drop-off details.
• Treat drivers with respect and follow safety instructions.
• Avoid cancelling rides repeatedly without valid reasons.
• Ensure timely payments for cash rides.

• ViteVikle acts only as a technology platform connecting users and drivers.
• The company is not responsible for driver conduct, delays, or external circumstances.
• Service availability depends on GPS accuracy and network connectivity.

• ViteVikle may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of terms, misuse, fraud, or unsafe conduct.
• Suspended users or drivers may appeal through official support channels.

• ViteVikle collects personal data such as name, location, and contact details solely for service operations.
• The company adheres to its published Privacy Policy for data protection and usage.
• Data is never shared publicly or with unauthorized third parties.

All logos, designs, and trademarks of ViteVikle are the property of ViteVikle Mobility Solutions. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, or resale of the app, website, or any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.

ViteVikle is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or services. Users and drivers use the platform at their own discretion and risk. While we strive to ensure best-in-class experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

ViteVikle may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ludhiana, Punjab.
