ViteVikle Driver Guidelines

A ride and delivery platform designed for small towns and rural areas.

1. Professional Conduct

  • Always be respectful, polite, and helpful towards passengers.
  • Maintain a neat appearance and clean vehicle at all times.
  • Do not use offensive or abusive language with passengers or staff.
  • Never discriminate against riders based on gender, caste, or background.
  • Always greet riders professionally and assist when needed.
  • Drivers must be 18 years of age or older and maintain valid identification at all times.

2. Safety and Compliance

  • Follow all local traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Always wear your seatbelt (car) or helmet (bike/auto).
  • Do not operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Report any road accident or safety incident immediately to ViteVikle Support.
  • Keep vehicle documents (RC, Insurance, PUC) valid and updated.
  • All drivers must comply with applicable traffic and transportation laws of their region.

3. Ride Operations

  • Accept rides only through the official ViteVikle Pilot App.
  • Ensure your GPS location is active and accurate before starting.
  • Be punctual and reach the pickup location on time.
  • Do not cancel rides frequently without valid reason.
  • Inform passengers through the app or call if you face a delay.
  • Drivers should use location access strictly for operational purposes and must not store or share passenger location data.

4. Earnings and Payments

  • Ride fares are automatically calculated by the app system based on distance, time, and location.
  • Payments are credited securely through cash or online transactions.
  • Earnings are generated only for completed rides, and ViteVikle does not guarantee fixed or minimum earnings.

5. Vehicle Maintenance

  • Keep your vehicle clean and in good working condition.
  • Regularly check fuel, brakes, tyres, and lights before starting rides.
  • Do not overload or carry goods beyond the vehicle’s limit.
  • Ensure the vehicle’s branding or stickers (if provided) are visible and clean.
  • All vehicles must comply with local transport authority requirements and undergo routine inspections.

6. Communication and Support

  • For any issue, contact our support team directly through the app or helpline.
  • Keep emergency numbers saved for quick access.
  • In case of conflict, maintain calm and let our team handle the situation.
  • Provide accurate feedback through the app for continuous improvement.
  • Drivers are required to communicate respectfully with support staff and users through authorized channels only.

7. Account Suspension Policy

  • Repeated cancellations, fake rides, or policy violations may result in temporary suspension.
  • Appeals can be made within 15 days through official channels.

8. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Drivers’ personal and location data is collected only for ride operations and safety monitoring.
  • All personal information is stored securely, encrypted, and never shared publicly without consent.
  • Drivers must adhere to all privacy obligations stated in the ViteVikle Privacy Policy.
