DRIVER GUIDELINES

Welcome to ViteCaptain. These Driver Guidelines are designed to ensure safe, professional, and reliable transportation and parcel delivery services for all users of the ViteVikle platform.

Professional Conduct

Drivers must behave professionally, respectfully, and courteously with all customers. Harassment, discrimination, abusive language, threatening behavior, or misconduct of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Driver Verification

Drivers must maintain valid and up-to-date documents including:

  • Driving License

  • Vehicle Registration Certificate

  • Vehicle Insurance

  • Government-issued Identification

  • Any other documents required by law or platform policy

Providing false or expired documents may result in account suspension or termination.

Vehicle Requirements

Drivers must ensure that their vehicles:

  • Are legally registered

  • Are properly insured

  • Are clean and roadworthy

  • Meet all applicable legal and safety requirements

  • Match the vehicle category registered on the platform

Drivers must not operate a vehicle category different from the one approved in their account.

Ride Acceptance

Drivers should accept ride and parcel requests only when they are genuinely available to complete the service. Repeated acceptance followed by cancellation may negatively affect account performance and platform standing.

Safety Requirements

Drivers must:

  • Follow all traffic laws and regulations

  • Wear seat belts and ensure passengers do the same where applicable

  • Avoid speeding and dangerous driving

  • Never drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or prohibited substances

  • Prioritize passenger and parcel safety at all times

Location Services

Drivers must keep GPS and location services enabled while online and during active trips. Disabling location services may prevent ride assignments and affect platform functionality.

Parcel Deliveries

Drivers handling parcel deliveries must:

  • Verify parcel pickup and delivery details

  • Follow platform OTP verification procedures

  • Handle parcels carefully and responsibly

  • Deliver parcels only to authorized recipients

Cash and Online Payments

Drivers must honestly collect and handle payments according to platform rules. Any attempt to manipulate fares, collect unauthorized fees, or misuse payment systems may result in immediate disciplinary action.

Ratings and Reviews

Drivers are encouraged to maintain high service standards. Customer ratings and feedback may be considered when evaluating account performance and service quality.

Prohibited Activities

Drivers must not:

  • Share accounts with others

  • Use fake documents

  • Manipulate bookings or payments

  • Request unauthorized payments

  • Harass passengers or customers

  • Use the platform for illegal activities

  • Operate while impaired or unsafe to drive

Account Suspension and Termination

ViteVikle reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate driver accounts for:

  • Policy violations

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Safety concerns

  • Repeated customer complaints

  • Document verification failures

  • Illegal or unethical conduct

Compliance with Laws

Drivers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, permits, and licensing requirements in their operating area.

Changes to Guidelines

These Driver Guidelines may be updated periodically. Updated versions will be published within the application and related services.
