Welcome to ViteVikle Mobility Solutions — India’s smart mobility platform for small towns and rural areas. As a valued Pilot Partner (Driver), you are the face of our brand. These guidelines ensure safety, professionalism, and a rewarding experience for every trip.

1. Professional Conduct

  • Always be respectful, polite, and helpful towards passengers.
  • Maintain a neat appearance and clean vehicle at all times.
  • Do not use offensive or abusive language with passengers or staff.
  • Never discriminate against riders based on gender, caste, or background.
  • Always greet riders professionally and assist when needed.

2. Safety and Compliance

  • Follow all local traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Always wear your seatbelt (car) or helmet (bike/auto).
  • Do not operate the vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Report any road accident or safety incident immediately to ViteVikle Support.
  • Keep vehicle documents (RC, Insurance, PUC) valid and updated.

3. Ride Operations

  • Accept rides only through the official ViteVikle Pilot App.
  • Ensure your GPS location is active and accurate before starting.
  • Be punctual and reach the pickup location on time.
  • Do not cancel rides frequently without valid reason.
  • Inform passengers through the app or call if you face a delay.

4. Earnings and Payments

  • Ride fares are calculated automatically by the app system.
  • Payments can be received in cash or securely online via Razorpay.
  • Instant earnings update after ride completion in the Driver Dashboard.
  • Referral and incentive programs are communicated through official channels only.
  • Do not collect extra charges outside of the app fare.

5. Vehicle Maintenance

  • Keep your vehicle clean and in good working condition.
  • Regularly check fuel, brakes, tyres, and lights before starting rides.
  • Do not overload or carry goods beyond the vehicle’s limit.
  • Ensure the vehicle’s branding or stickers (if provided) are visible and clean.

6. Communication and Support

  • For any issue, contact our support team directly through the app or helpline.
  • Keep emergency numbers saved for quick access.
  • In case of conflict, maintain calm and let our team handle the situation.
  • Provide accurate feedback through the app for continuous improvement.

7. Account Suspension Policy

  • Repeated cancellations, poor ratings, or misconduct can lead to temporary suspension.
  • Any misuse of the ViteVikle App (fake GPS, fake rides) results in permanent ban.
  • Reactivation requests may be reviewed only after 15 days of suspension.

8. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Driver’s personal and location data is collected only for ride operations.
  • Data is securely stored and never shared publicly without consent.
  • All drivers must follow privacy practices and not disclose passenger data.
